Miss Jamie Lo, Art Teacher

Jamie is a graphic illustrator who enjoys using different media in her creative work. With a professional study in art and design, she previously finished two children’s illustrations books, After A Fun Day and The Invisible Gift. She also works on graphical design projects for different companies. Her most recent work, Walking Through the Mist, included 2d surface design and 3d fabric manipulation to finish a garment set, which has been exhibited in the Textiles Museum of Canada. Jamie enjoys working with both digital art and hands-on media like watercolour, oil painting, pencil sketches, and a mix media of three-dimensional techniques, etc. She sees different possibilities in the creative process and designs through storytelling to bring meaning to the artwork.
